Lawyers are a must and indeed the entire structure of impartiality , fairness and justice according to law depends on how a case is conducted by lawyers . वकील परम आवश्यक है और सच पूछा जाए तो विधि के अनुसार निष्पक्षता , औचित्य और न्याय की पूरी संरचना ही इस बात पर निर्भर करती है कि अधिवक़्ता ने कोई मामला किस प्रकार प्रस्तुत किया है .

In fact , the superior judiciary of the country has of late been under constant onslaughts , external as well as internal which are bound to cripple the health , welfare and progress of our body politic , as an ailing heart cannot ensure vigorous blood supply for the sound health of its people . सच पूछा जाए तो देश की वरिष्ठ न्यायपालिका इधर बाह्य और आंतरिक , दोनों प्रकार के आक्रमणों का निरंतर शिकार होती रही है जिसके फलस्वरूप हमारे राष्ट्र के स्वास्थ्य , कल्याण और प्रगति की हानि होना अवश्यंभावी है.बात यह है कि व्याधिग्रस्त हृदय अपनी जनता के उत्तम स्वास्थ्य के लिए अपेक्षित स्वस्थ रक़्त की आपूर्ति को सुनिश्चित नहीं कर सकता .
